Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

3.1 To access real-money features of the Platform, you must register a j33 account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, Pakistani phone number, and date of birth.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials (username, password, OTP codes). You must not share your login information with any third party under any circumstances. j33 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
3.3 j33 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or upon any suspicious account activity. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and eventual account closure.

3.5 j33 reserves the right to refuse registration of any account at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.
4.1 All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). j33 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Available methods and processing times are subject to change without notice.
4.2 Deposits are for the sole purpose of funding your j33 account to participate in gaming and betting activities on the Platform. j33 does not act as a financial institution, payment processor, or bank.

4.6 j33 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees for which j33 accepts no liability.
5.1 Betting and gaming on the j33 Platform is subject to specific product rules applicable to each market, game, or event. These product-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms.
5.2 All bets and wagers placed on j33 are final upon confirmation. j33 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at odds that were manifestly incorrect, as a result of a technical error, or in circumstances where j33 reasonably determines that a bet has been placed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.
5.3 j33 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for applicable casino and slots products. Live casino products use physical equipment and real dealers in professionally operated studios. j33 does not guarantee any particular outcome, return, or result from any game or bet.
5.4 Cricket betting markets on j33 cover PSL, international T20I, ODI, and Test matches as well as other competitions. Settlement of cricket bets follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). j33's settlement decisions are final in all disputes.
5.5 In the event of a technical failure during a live game or bet, j33 will apply the outcome recorded by our servers at the moment of failure. Where no outcome can be determined, the affected bet or game round will be voided and the stake returned to your account balance.
6.1 j33 may offer bonuses, free bets, promotions, and loyalty rewards from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions published alongside the offer, which take precedence over these general Terms in the event of any conflict.
6.2 Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. j33 reserves the right to decline, cancel, or withhold any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a player is abusing the bonus system, including through multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other form of bonus abuse.
6.3 Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j33 Platform. Breach of any prohibition in this Section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or legal action:
8.1 All content on the j33 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, game content, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of j33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any j33 content without prior written permission from j33.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j33, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or financial losses arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.
9.2 j33's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you into your j33 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 j33 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted operation of the Platform, the accuracy of odds, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that j33 bears no responsibility for any financial losses you sustain as a result of gambling activity on the Platform.

11.2 Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, j33 may forfeit any balance remaining in the account if the closure is attributable to fraud, multi-accounting, money laundering, or any other material breach.
11.3 You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting j33 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed after settlement of any pending bets and subject to completion of any applicable withdrawal restrictions.
12.1 j33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the contact details on their account. The updated Terms will be effective upon publication at j33.lat/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the j33 Platform, you agree to attempt resolution in the first instance by contacting j33 support directly and in good faith.
13.2 j33's decisions regarding the settlement of bets, bonus eligibility, account status, and any other operational matter within j33's discretion are final and binding and are not subject to third-party review or appeal unless otherwise expressly stated.
